Development, Inc.
Eufaula Housing Development, Inc. is the not-for-profit arm of the Eufaula Housing Authority. It was created in 2000 with the following objectives:
To purchase and/or provide housing or housing assistance for low and moderate income families to include, but not be limited to, mortgage assistance, management, and training for professional development of Public Housing Authority staffs and residents to promote the general social, benevolent and charitable works of the corporation, and the betterment of low and moderate income families.
To do all things necessary and incident to promote the general social, benevolent and charitable works of the corporation.
To provide educational opportunities for low and moderate income families to include but not be limited to after-school tutorials, a pre-school readiness program, scholarships to institutions of higher learning, as well as adult education and self-sufficiency programs. Programs and opportunities to further educational goals will be available for all age groups with the primary focus on school age children.

Managing agent for Creek Ridge Apartments
Creek Ridge is a tax credit development built in 2005. The 46 unit complex operates through our Section 8 program and is managed and maintained by EHA.
