The Eufaula Housing Authority was founded in 1952 and continues to provide quality housing and opportunities for our residents to meet their individual goals. We have recently built a $21 million dollar, 56 unit RAD low income housing tax credit apartment complex to replace Fairlane Meadows. This significantly upgraded our previous housing. We offer both a YouthBuild program and Jobs Plus - Impact Eufaula program to assist our residents in furthering their education and finding employment. We also manage the Eufaula Housing Development, Inc. non profit, Abbeville, AL Housing Authority and Abbeville Housing Development, Inc non profit.
